The Pedestrian

After reading The Pedestrian in class today, it made me think that it is possible to happen. Mr. Mead's experience can become reality in the future. Today, we read it and maybe think that the story is a fictional text. Although, we are not thinking about the true facts of the story. Self-driving cars, nobody walking on the streets because everybody drives, people watching tv and/or using technology all day. The author tells us the year the story takes place in, 2052. In my opinion, we should analyze the theme of the story, because this might become true one day.
